The personal data you provide to us in a form at Website or otherwise will include the name of you and your company, your email address, your phone number, the message you send to us (if any), and whether or not you order our newsletter. The server Gasera Ltd. uses to store this data is accessible to designated third party agencies, contractors and/or authorized Gasera Ltd. staff under strict control of Gasera Ltd. When visiting the Website, small pieces of information known as cookies will be installed on your computer to collect statistical information by the marketing automation and analytics including navigation paths, number of visits, returning customers and hits per page. The Website contains IP tracking code from marketing automation system will track the IP addresses of visitors to the Website along with their activity on the site and provide Gasera Ltd. with information on which companies have visited the Website, the date and duration of the user at that company’s visit and the pages on the Website that the user visited. The IP tracking tool used does not use cookies. The tool identifies business visitors to a Website by cross referencing IP addresses with information available from the public domain and provide Gasera Ltd. with information on WHAT company has visited the Gasera Ltd. Website, not WHO within that company has visited the site. The tool does not, and cannot, provide information on which individuals within a company visited the Website. Gasera Ltd. may use the information provided by the system to send marketing information to companies that have visited the Website.
You have the right to access, transfer, correct and update the data we have collected from you, and the right to request deletion of your data or that we cease processing your data. You also have the right to cancel all marketing permissions you have granted to us. All such rights can be exercised by submitting a request to info(at)gasera.fi.
Please however note that your right to have your data deleted is not unconditional. Gasera Ltd. may retain your data for the purposes of complying with a legal obligation, verifying a contractual relationship, fulfilling legitimate tasks arising from the business relationship or for other similar legitimate purposes. In such cases, Gasera Ltd. will however pseudonymise or otherwise archive your data so that it is not actively processed. Further, if your data is deleted or you deny us from using your data, you acknowledge that we cannot provide you the services you have requested or otherwise maintain our business relationship.
We will only hold your personal data for the duration necessary to allow us to provide the services that you have requested, to maintain our business relationship with you, or for any additional period as required by law. We will review the personal data stored with us at 5 years intervals, and, unless otherwise mandated by law, delete any such personal data that is not necessary for us in light of this Privacy Policy.
